The Medusa is a cocktail designed by Paul Koenigsberg (Austin, TX) for use during hot weather patio enjoyment.

  • 1.5 oz Fox & Seeker Meridian Gin
  • 1.5 oz Cucumber Puree Extract
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2-3 dashes Lavender Bitters
  • Topo Chico as-desired


Cucumber Puree Extract (Instructions):

(1) regular cucumber yields 8-10 fluid ounces of puree extract.

Chop the cucumber into chunks and add to food processor. Puree the cucumber until it is mostly liquefied (30s or so on high). Strain the puree through a cheesecloth to extract the juice from the cucumber, then dilute the juice 2x volume.
